HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Thank you for shopping with us. To ensure a smooth experience, please review our policies carefully.
Order Accuracy
- Please double-check item descriptions, including size, color, and specifications, before placing your order.
- Ensure your shipping information is entered accurately.
- Product colors may vary slightly due to lighting and monitor settings.
Return Eligibility
- Dog-Go Bag Classic and Switch, as well as the cross-body strap, are eligible for returns within 30 days from receipt.
- Dog-Go Bag Monogrammed is a customized item and not eligible for a full refund. Please contact us to discuss options.
- Pull Patches are eligible for return, but you must indicate your desire to return them within 48 hours of receipt.

Refund for items ordered and sent to an incorrect address, due to customer error, will not be processed.
Returning Dog-Go Bag After Use (Beyond the 30 day return window)
For used/damaged bags: We understand this product can suffer abuse during use (such as letting it drag behind your dog, or over filling pockets, etc.) and may eventually need replacing. If you'll send back your old bag to us, we will give you a $10.00 credit toward a new one. We love seeing how our product wears so we can continue improving it for you!Â
To return a used bag and receive the credit, please first email us at support@tidy.dog and notify us of your upcoming return. We will provide further instructions at that time.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or missing parts, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and we will process your return or replacement.
Return Process
- All order concerns or return requests should be sent to Support@Tidy.Dog.
- Submit a return request within 30 days of delivery, except as referenced above.Â
- Await return instructions, including your RMA number.
- Ship the item back within 15 days of receiving the RMA.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit and will not process a return or refund without receipt of the item(s).
Processing
- Returns are processed within 3–7 business days of us receiving the items back. If credit is not issued to you within 10 days, contact us for assistance.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may be limited. Contact us as soon as possible at info@tidy.dog for assistance, preferably before completing the checkout process.
