Strap can adjust from 32" to 56" in length; has shoulder comfort pad.
NOTE: For those of you who enjoy off-leash activities such as the dog-park, rather than having to carry your leash and Dog-Go Bag when disconnected, you can simply connect your dog's leash hook to the d-ring and have an instant cross-body strap.

RETURNING AN ITEM
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase! If you aren't, please notify us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, if you're returning a monogrammed bag or Pull Patches, we need to know of your desire to return within 48 hours of delivery and we will provide you with the steps to take.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit and will not process a return or refund without receipt of the item(s).
To apply the stick on loop tape:
- Unzip your Dog-Go Bag to lay flat.
- Ensure the adhesion area is clean and dry.
- Before removing the protective backing, align the loop tape to its desired position.
- Peel back the corner of the protective backing and position the loop tape while removing the remaining backing.
- Press firmly to adhere.
- Add your patches
- Zip Dog-Go Bag and go!
While Dog-Go Bag was designed to let the leash do the heavy lifting, some prefer to wear it as a cross-body bag.
To connect your Dog-Go Bag and cross-body strap:
- Open the "ears" (the double Velcro tabs) on your Dog-Go Bag.
- Place the ears within the looped end of the strap.
- Re-secure the Velcro.
- Place the snap end of the strap through the bag's front grommet.
- Clip the snap to the bag's d-ring.
- Keeps waste out of sight!
- More sanitary than openly carrying poo bag!
