The fountain's components consists of main unit, with snap-on clean water tank, dirty water tank and water bowl. The design makes periodic cleaning a snap!
Wireless operation means it can be placed anywhere you want.
Water dispenser has an alert function. When you install it incorrectly, the power is low, or the dirty water tank is full, a light prompt will be displayed on the screen. Please refer to the manual for resolution.

- Hand wash in warm soapy water
- Rinse thoroughly

- If you receive a Dog-Go Bag and decide you simply don't want it, contact us via email at info@tidy.dog to arrange return. Please do so within 14 days of receipt of your bag.
- If you've used your bag and feel it's time for an update, we will offer you a $10 store credit for return of your used bag! We like to assess Dog-Go Bags for wear and tear points and opportunities for improvement.
